All of our products are proudly made in the UK, reflecting our most passionate core values. This commitment allows us to collaborate closely with local engineers and suppliers, ensuring consistent high quality.
Our process begins with a 60KG aluminium billet, machined using the latest CNC techniques. This is a lengthy process and makes up a high percentage of the delivery lead times. Kleio components consist of four main enclosure parts: the front panel, enclosure, base, and rear panel. Once the bare metal parts are complete, they are plated with anti-corrosive plating to ensure high levels of EMC compliance.
Next, the parts undergo a finishing process, which includes blasting the panel, ceramic coating, and baking. The front and rear panels are then screen-printed with the appropriate labelling for the end product. Finally, all finished parts are delivered to the electronics team, where pre-populated PCBs are installed alongside internal cabling and finishing touches. Once the build process is complete, the product undergoes a thorough test before being packaged ready for shipping.
